This Organic Tri Colour Rice Mix combines organically grown Long Grain Brown Rice, Red Camargue-style Rice and Basmati White Rice in one bag — an easy way to add colour, texture and variety to a plate without cooking three separate rices. The different grains cook at broadly similar rates, so the mix can simply be rinsed and simmered together until tender, usually around 25-30 minutes, then rested briefly before serving. It makes a striking side for roasted vegetables, grilled fish or a simple grain salad, bringing together the nutty bite of brown and red rice with the light fragrance of basmati. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a simple way to make an everyday side dish more interesting. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
