Organic Wheat Bran is the fibre-rich outer layer of the wheat grain, separated out to give a concentrated, naturally high-fibre ingredient in a light, flaky form. Stir a spoonful into porridge, cereal or smoothies to boost their fibre content, use it in baking to add texture and nutrition to bread and muffins, or sprinkle it over yoghurt for extra crunch. It has a mild, slightly nutty flavour that blends easily into most recipes without overpowering them. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar, it's a simple, low-cost way to add more fibre to an everyday diet. As it's made from wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
