Organic Wheat Flakes are rolled from whole wheat grain, giving a mild, slightly sweet flavour and a hearty texture that works well in porridge, muesli and homemade granola. They're a traditional ingredient in muesli blends specifically because they hold their texture well once combined with milk or yoghurt, rather than turning too soft. They're just as useful added to bread dough or crumble toppings for extra bite. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar, they're a versatile wholegrain ingredient for both breakfast and baking. As they're made from wheat, they do contain gluten, so they aren't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard to keep them fresh.
