To enhance its taste, it is often infused in tea with a touch of sugar or honey.

Slippery Elm (Ulmus fulva) Inner Bark Powder

A standard dosage of 1 tablespoon, up to 3 times per day, is recommended. For ease of consumption, you can mix the powder with tea or water. Be cautious, as adding excessive amounts of slippery elm to water may result in a too thick consistency.
