Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and is the component of skin, bones, muscles, cartilage, ligaments and connective tissues. Collagen is the substance that  holds the body together and forms a bond to provide strength, elasticity and structure.  Unfortunately collagen production naturally depletes as we age. Our Pure Marine Collagen Powder is made from purified hydrolysed collagen, extracted from sustainably sourced wild fish of the coast of France by a responsible MSC certified fishery. It is enzymatically processed to keep the peptides intact. Collagen polypeptides are fully digestible and gentle on the gut due to their low molecular weight. KIKI Health's Pure Marine Collagen is unflavoured, easy to mix and completely tasteless.

Hydrolysed Marine Collagen (Fish)

Adult intake 1½ teaspoons (7.5g) once or twice daily, according to your personal and lifestyle needs. Add to water, juice or hot drink.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
