Lamberts Alpha Lipoic Acid delivers 300mg of alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid) per tablet, a straightforward single-ingredient nutritional supplement.

This pack contains 90 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Tableted With:
Bulking Agents (Calcium Carbonate & Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide & Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).

Take up to two tablets daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
For general antioxidant support a lower dose of one tablet daily may be used.
