Lamberts Ashwagandha combines vitamin C and zinc with 6000mg of ashwagandha extract equivalent per capsule (as a 300mg 20:1 extract), providing 15mg of withanolides. Ashwagandha is a traditional Ayurvedic herb.

This pack contains 60 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.
