Lamberts Betaine HCL combines 324mg of betaine hydrochloride with 5mg of pepsin per tablet, ingredients traditionally used to support digestion of food.

This pack contains 180 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:
Betaine HCl 324mg
Pepsin 5mg


Tableted With:
Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Tablet Coating: (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide.

1 tablet with each main meal up to a maximum of 3 per day.
