Lamberts Chromium Complex combines chromium GTF (200µg) with vitamin C, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium and zinc per tablet. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:


Chromium GTF (as Picolinate) 200µg Vitamin C 100mg
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 5mg Niacin (Vitamin B3) 5mg
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 5mg Magnesium (as Hydroxide and Oxide) 300mg
Zinc (as Citrate) 15mg Copper (as Gluconate) 0.5mg


Tableted With:
Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Glazing Agents: Calcium Carbonate & Isomalt, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate).

1 tablet daily.
