Lamberts Chromium Complex combines chromium GTF (200ยตg) with vitamin C, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium and zinc per tablet. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.
