Lamberts Fenugreek delivers the equivalent of 8000mg of fenugreek seed per tablet (as a 500mg 16:1 extract), providing 250mg of saponins alongside chromium.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Encapsulated With: Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).

Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist.
