Lamberts Florisene combines vitamin C, vitamin B12, iron (20mg, as ferrous fumarate), L-lysine (500mg), biotin and selenium per tablet — nutrients including iron and biotin that contribute to the normal maintenance of hair.

This pack contains 90 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:
Vitamin C 24mg
Vitamin B12 3µg
Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 20mg
L-Lysine 500mg
Biotin 50µg
Selenium 10µg


Tableted With:
Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Polydextrose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Colour: Iron Oxides, Glycerin), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.

Take 1 tablet daily.
Florisene ® should be taken with water, half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach.
It is best to avoid drinks containing milk, tea and coffee, within an hour of taking Florisene ® as these drinks affect absorption of the nutrients
