Lamberts Gentle Magnesium Bisglycinate 60 Capsules

Lamberts Gentle Magnesium Bisglycinate delivers 150mg of magnesium in its bisglycinate form per capsule, a chelated form some people find gentler than other forms. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium (as Bisglycinate) 150mg

Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide).

Adults take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Splitting the dose throughout the day may help those with sensitivity. Do not exceed recommended daily intake
