Lamberts Iron delivers 14mg of iron (as citrate) per tablet, a straightforward single-nutrient supplement. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Modified Starch, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerine).

Take 1 tablets daily.
