Lamberts L-Glutathione Complex 60 Caps

Lamberts L-Glutathione Complex combines L-glutamic acid, L-cysteine and glycine (the three building-block amino acids of glutathione) with 50mg of L-glutathione itself per capsule.

This pack contains 60 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each capsule delivers:
L-Glutamic Acid 194mg L-Cysteine 158mg
Glycine 98mg L-Glutathione 50mg


Encapsulated With:
Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide).

1 to 3 capsules daily.
It is preferable to take amino acids with fruit juice or water rather than milk.
An amino acid is best taken ½ hour before any meal or at bedtime.
