L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract with up to 5mg epigallocatechin gallate EGCG) 200mg

Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Brown Rice Flour, Anti-cakingAgents (Stearic Acid & Silicon Dioxide).

Adults aged 18 and over, take 1 capsule daily, always with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
