Lamberts L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex 60 Tablets

Lamberts L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex combines folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin with L-theanine (from green tea extract) and lemon balm extract per two capsules.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Two capsules deliver:
Folic Acid 200µg
Pantothenic Acid 6mg
Biotin 50µg
L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract with up to 5mg epigallocatechin gallate EGCG) 200mg
Lemon Balm (provided by 600mg of a 10:1 extract) 6000mg

Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Brown Rice Flour, Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid & Silicon Dioxide).

Adults aged 18 and over, take 2 capsules daily, always with a meal.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be substitute for a varied diet.
