Lamberts Lactase Complex delivers 350mg (9000 FCC units) of the enzyme lactase per tablet, taken alongside dairy foods by those who find lactose harder to digest.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:
Lactase Complex 350mg equivalent to 9000 FCC*

*The enzyme activity is measured and expressed in Food Chemical Codex (FCC) units, a standard for plant enzymes that is a better description than weight in milligrams, as it describes the level of enzyme activity. This is a high potency product and can only be compared with other manufacturers' products if they supply units of activity (not weight).

Tableted With:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.

Take 1 tablet before a meal containing dairy products (lactose). Do not exceed 3 tablets per day.
