Lamberts Sour Cherry Concentrate blends red grape and sour cherry (30%) juice concentrates with apple juice concentrate and vitamin C, a liquid fruit-concentrate supplement.

Red Grape (Vitis vinfera) Juice Concentrate, Sour Cherry (Prunus cerasus) Juice Concentrate (30%), Apple (Malus Domestica) Juice Concentrate, Water, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavourings, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).

General use: As an antioxidant and support for the cardiovascular system take 10ml (2 teaspoons daily).
After exercise: For recovery after exercise take 30ml (6 teaspoons) daily.
