Adults: 1 level scoop (5.5g) = 375mg
Children: 8-16 years (2.5g) = 170mg
Children: 4-8 years (1g) = 68mg daily
Mix in cold water.
Can be taken with or without food.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
