Lamberts MagAsorb Magnesium is a soluble fine white powder delivering 375mg (100% NRV) of magnesium citrate per 5.5g serving. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Citric Acid, Dextrin, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate), Flavourings, Anti-caking Agents (TriCalcium Phosphate & Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose), Colour (Lutein).

Adults: 1 level scoop (5.5g) = 375mg
Children: 8-16 years (2.5g) = 170mg
Children: 4-8 years (1g) = 68mg daily
Mix in cold water.
Can be taken with or without food.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
