Lamberts Maximum Strength Colladeen delivers 160mg of anthocyanidins (from grapeseed and bilberry extracts) with 20mg of vitamin C per tablet, a higher-strength version of the standard Colladeen formula.
This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.
Each tablet delivers:
Anthocyanidins 160mg (from Grapeseed and Bilberry extracts)
Vitamin C 20mg
Take 2 tablets daily - 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening for the first two months. Thereafter, for maintenance purposes, take 1 tablet daily.
Colladeen does not have to be taken with food.
