Lamberts Methyl B Complex combines a full spectrum of B vitamins per tablet — thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid — plus inositol and choline. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Modified Starch, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Tablet Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).
