Lamberts Multi-Guard is a broad-spectrum multivitamin and mineral formula delivering vitamin A, D3, E, K1 and C alongside a full B vitamin range per tablet.

This pack contains 30 tablets. As with any multivitamin, take as directed on the pack.

DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Polydextrose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Colour: Iron Oxides), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Acacia.

Adults aged 18 and over, take 1 tablet daily always with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
