Multi-Guard ADR sits at the higher-strength end of Lamberts' multivitamin range, and the B vitamin levels are what set it apart from an everyday multi.

Two tablets supply 25mg of thiamin, 12mg of riboflavin, 50mg of niacin, 10mg of vitamin B6, 400 micrograms of folic acid, 50 micrograms of vitamin B12 and 150mg of pantothenic acid, alongside 100mg of vitamin C, 400mg of calcium, 250mg of magnesium, 14mg of iron, 15mg of zinc and 200 micrograms of selenium. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, and thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6 and B12 all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Lamberts' directions are two tablets daily, ideally one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner, which spreads the water-soluble vitamins across the day.

Lamberts make several Multi-Guard variants including Advance, Methyl, Control and an iron-free version. Compare the labels, as the differences between them are substantial.
