Lamberts Multi-Guard Methyl is a broad-spectrum multivitamin and mineral formula using methylated forms of folate and B12, delivering vitamin A, D3, E, K2 and C alongside a full B vitamin range per tablet.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any multivitamin, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:

Tableted With:
Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Polydextrose), Colours (Calcium Carbonate & Iron Oxides), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate).

Take 1 tablet daily.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
