Lamberts Multi-Max for the Over 50's is a multivitamin and mineral formula adjusted for the nutritional needs commonly associated with later life, delivering a full spectrum of B vitamins alongside vitamin A, C and other nutrients per tablet.

This pack contains 60 tablets. As with any multivitamin, take as directed on the pack.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 25mg Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10mg

Biotin 150µg Inositol 25mg
Choline 25mg PABA 25mg

Vitamin E 100mg Calcium (as phosphate) 62mg

Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Tablet Coating (Glazing Agents: Calcium Carbonate & Isomalt, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Iron Oxides), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate).
