Lamberts Osteoguard combines calcium (500mg), magnesium (125mg), vitamin D (5µg) and boron (1.5mg) with vitamin K per tablet, nutrients commonly grouped together for bone-related supplementation. Calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

This pack contains 30 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:
Calcium (as Carbonate) 500mg 63% NRV
Magnesium (as Oxide) 125mg 33% NRV
Vitamin D 5µg (200iu) 100% NRV
Boron (as Sodium Borate) 1.5mg -
Vitamin K 38µg 51% NRV

Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).
