This pack contains 90 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Peppermint Oil 100mg


Encapsulated With:
Sunflower Seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan, Acidity Regulator: DiSodium Phosphate).

Take 1-2 capsules daily, after a meal.
