Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine combines 100mg of phosphatidyl serine (contains soya) with 5mg of zinc per tablet.

This pack contains 60 capsules. Contains soya. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:
Phosphatidyl Serine (contains Soya) 100mg
Zinc 5mg


Tableted With:
Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).

Take 3 tablets daily for the first 4 weeks thereafter take 1 tablet daily for maintenance purposes.
These tablets are best taken with a meal.
