Lamberts Prostex combines vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin D, riboflavin and zinc with L-alanine, glycine, L-glutamic acid, quercetin and beta sitosterol per two tablets, a nutrient combination formula.
This pack contains 90 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.
Two tablets deliver:

Vitamin D 10µg Riboflavin 10mg
Zinc 15mg L-Alanine 140mg
Glycine 140mg L-Glutamic Acid 140mg
Quercetin 50mg Beta Sitosterol 320mg
Thiamin 10mg
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Total dietary intake of phytosterols should not exceed 3g/day.
