Pulse pairs a concentrated fish oil with co-enzyme Q10, so it covers two supplements many people would otherwise buy separately.

Two capsules supply 1300mg of fish body oil concentrate, providing 1040mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 715mg is EPA and 286mg is DHA, together with 100mg of co-enzyme Q10 as ubiquinone. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, at a daily intake of 250mg, which two capsules comfortably exceed.

Take two capsules daily. At that rate this pack lasts about six weeks.

The 100mg of CoQ10 is the notable part: standalone CoQ10 at that strength is not cheap, and combining it with the oil in one capsule saves swallowing two products. The capsule shell contains gelatin, so this is not suitable for vegetarians.

Contains fish. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you take anticoagulant medication, speak to your doctor before taking fish oil.
