Lamberts Rutin & Vitamin C combines 500mg of vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoid complex, rutin and hesperidin per tablet. Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

This pack contains 90 tablets. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each tablet delivers:
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 500mg Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 158mg
Rutin 50mg Hesperidin 50mg


Tableted With:
Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid).

1-2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed.
