Lamberts Ubiquinol delivers 100mg of ubiquinol, the already-reduced, active form of CoQ10, per capsule — an alternative to standard ubiquinone-form CoQ10 supplements.

This pack contains 60 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.

Each capsule delivers:
Ubiquinol 100mg

Encapsulated With:
Sunflower Seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin, Colour: Iron Oxide), Silicon Dioxide.

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal for the first 2 weeks. Thereafter take 1 capsule daily.
