Lamberts Vitamin B-100 Complex delivers 100mg of thiamin, riboflavin and niacin, plus vitamin B6, folic acid, methylcobalamin (B12) and biotin per tablet — a higher-potency version of the standard B-50 formula. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the nervous system.
