Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex delivers 50mg of thiamin, riboflavin and niacin, plus vitamin B6, folic acid, methylcobalamin (B12), biotin and pantothenic acid per tablet. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the nervous system.
