Lamberts Vitamin D3 & K2 combines 1000iu (25µg) of vitamin D3 with 90µg of vitamin K2 per capsule, two nutrients often paired together. Vitamin D contributes to normal bones; vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

This pack contains 60 capsules.

Each capsule delivers:

Vitamin D3 1000iu 25µg
Vitamin K2 90µg

Tableted With:
Capsule Shell (Modified Corn Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan, Colour: Iron Oxide, Sodium Carbonate), Sunflower Seed Oil, (Antioxidants: alpha Tocopherol Acetate & Rosemary Extract), Antioxidant: dl alpha Tocopherol).

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
