Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) is the shaggy white mushroom named for its appearance, long used in traditional Chinese practice. Taken as drops under the tongue or stirred into a drink. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
