Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Phospholipids (from sunflower lecithin) containing Phosphatidylcholine, Natural Flavouring (Lime, Blackberry), Antioxidants (Ascorbic Acid, Natural Vitamin E).

Shake before use. For adults and teens (13+), take 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. For children (5-12yrs), take 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Dilute in approx. 150ml of water, a cold drink, or a smoothie. Can be taken directly from the spoon. Dilution offers a more pleasant experience.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
