Liposomal iron in a liquid sachet, supplying 100mg per serving as iron bis-glycinate, a gentler form than the ferrous salts that usually cause complaints. Vitamin C is included alongside it, and vitamin C increases non-haem iron absorption. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thirty sachets to the box.
