Lovegrass Teff Waffle & Pancake mix is made from gluten free, wholegrain Ethiopian Teff flour, gluten free baking powder, dried egg white and delicately sweetened with coconut sugar. A nutrient rich, gluten free supergrain, teff is high in fibre, iron, magnesium and provides a good source of calcium.
Lovegrass Waffle & Pancake mix makes delicious and fluffy gluten free pancakes and waffles. Quick and easy to make, mild tasting while providing all the goodness of the Ethiopian Teff.
