A non-alcoholic ginger drink sweetened with raisin and apple juice rather than sugar, which gives it a rounder, fruitier base than a standard ginger beer. The ginger heat is present but not aggressive. A 725ml bottle, good chilled on its own, and it also stands in well where a recipe wants ginger beer.
