Magnesium taurate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster Aiton), glazing agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol), niacinamide, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), calcium-D-pantothenate, methylcobalamin, long pepper extract (Piper longum L.), cholecalciferol, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin.

Take 2 tablets daily, one in the morning one in the evening with a glass of water. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose.
