Curious crystals of unusual purity, loved by chefs the world over — natural, handcrafted sea salt flakes in a 570g box, the mid-size between the kitchen box and the catering tub. Maldon have been harvesting salt from the Blackwater estuary in Essex since 1882, using the same open-pan method. The pyramid-shaped flakes are what make it crush cleanly between your fingers rather than pouring like table salt.
