  2. Leave 10 minutes before you eat or drink to let our bacteria get to work

Use Symprove to complement a balanced and varied diet and don’t take more than the recommended amount. Each 70ml shot alone contains 10 billion colony-forming units (CFUs). So that’s one seriously powerful start to your morning. 

Water, extract of germinated barley, live activated cultures of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173, L. acidophilus NCIMB 30175; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings.

Shake the bottle gently before use. Take one full cup (70ml) of Symprove every morning and wait 10 minutes before you eat or drink anything.
