This is a full multivitamin formulated for the menopause years, rather than a herbal blend.

Three vegan capsules supply 300mg of vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, 142mg of calcium from citrate and ascorbate, 55mg of magnesium citrate and 54mg alpha-TE of natural d-alpha tocopherol vitamin E, alongside the wider vitamin and mineral range. Calcium and magnesium both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The vitamin E is the natural d-alpha form rather than synthetic dl-alpha, and both the calcium and the vitamin C are supplied as ascorbates, which are buffered and gentler than plain ascorbic acid.

Natural Health Practice's directions are two to three capsules a day with food.
