Our gut is key to supporting our overall health. There are trillions of bacteria in the gut – more than the number of cells in the body. All Bio-Live products are brewed to the same acidity as the stomach (3.2ph) so the bacteria can reach the gut alive and ready to work. Each bottle contains 15 carefully selected bacterial strains mostly from the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium families, delivering billions of beneficial bacteria. Bio-Live Gold is brewed with malt and contains vital vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B6, and selenium.
Unlike many other supplements, our fermented living liquid does not require refrigeration. The cold environment can slow down bacterial activity making the live active cultures less effective.

Key ingredients
Bio live active cultures: our gut, also known as our second brain, is key to supporting our overall health. Beneficial microbes in our gut are vital for digestion, breaking down toxins, producing vitamins and supporting our immune system.
Turmeric: Turmeric may be the most well-known and effective nutritional supplement used in traditional medicine. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful qualities effects and is a very strong antioxidant. It neutralises free radicals on its own but also stimulates your body's own antioxidant enzymes.
Moringa: Moringa is a plant that has been praised for its health benefits for thousands of years. It is very rich in healthy antioxidants and bioactive plant compounds. Almost all parts of the tree are eaten or used as ingredients in traditional herbal medicines. Moringa leaves are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals including protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin and iron.
Ginger: Ginger has been used for centuries, due to its remarkable health benefits and numerous nutrients. Ginger is undoubtedly one of the most versatile roots you can consume. Namely, it is a strong antioxidant which eliminates toxins and neutralises the effects of the free radicals. It’s been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold.
Hand brewed with love and purified water, BIO LIVE CULTURES: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt barley used up.
Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before breakfast. Children take 5-15ml daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. One 475ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.
Store in a cool cupboard, no need to refrigerate. Once opened use within two months. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
