Bio live active cultures: our gut, also known as our second brain, is key to supporting our overall health. Beneficial microbes in our gut are vital for digestion, breaking down toxins, producing vitamins and supporting our immune system.

Chamomile: unwind with the delicate flowers of soothing chamomile. Used for years to reduce uneasiness and treat sleeplessness, chamomile has long been recognised as a natural health remedy to settle your mind.

Oat Straw: known as one of the best calming herbs, mellow your mood with gentle oat straw. Historically used as a remedy for exhaustion and to strengthen the nervous system

Valerian: used for thousands of years to promote relaxation and encourage healthy sleeping patterns. Valerian is known to interact with GABA, a chemical messenger which regulates nerve impulses in your brain and nervous system.

Hand brewed with love andpurified water, BIO LIVE CULTURES: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic molasses (used up). HERBS: bacopa, chamomile, ginger, hops, jujuba, lavender, linden blossom, moringa, <strong>oat straw</strong>, passionflower, rosehip, siberian ginseng and valerian. Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) 30-60 minutes before bedtime, daily.
Childre take 5-15ml.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
One 475ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.
Store in a cool cupboard, no need to refrigerate. Do not shake. Once opened use within two months. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children
