UP-UP Salted Caramel is a milk chocolate with a Single Estate 33% cacao content, crafted using fine flavour cocoa beans from one farm in the Casanare region of Colombia. This bar offers a unique balance between the intensity of cocoa and sweetness. Thanks to a delicate blend of flavours and inclusions, it brings forward well-defined caramel notes, noticeable tones of sea salt, and a smooth, milky mouthfeel.
