Organic Sprouted GABA Rice, also called Germinated Brown Rice (GBR), is made from top quality Thai jasmine wholegrain rice which is naturally germinated before milling. The germination process encourages production of vitamins, nutrients and amino acids in the rice kernel in preparation for growth. When the maximum possible nutrition level is reached after 24 hours, we parboil it, locking in all the added vitamins, nutrients and amino acids, especially gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
