This 200ml bottle contains concentrated whey that has been naturally fermented using traditional Swiss methods. The whey is sourced from mountain cattle that graze on natural meadow pastures, ensuring the highest quality ingredients.
Molkosan follows Alfred Vogel's original recipe, utilizing the natural fermentation process that Swiss farmers have relied on for generations. This traditional method preserves the beneficial properties of the concentrated whey.
