Biocare Mood Complex brings together B vitamins, magnesium, zinc and copper with four botanical extracts: saffron, ashwagandha, rhodiola and turmeric. The vitamins are in well-absorbed forms, including methylfolate, methyl B12 and magnesium glycinate, and the formula also contains the amino acids glycine and tyrosine.

Vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Copper contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Take two capsules a day with food. Ashwagandha is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take any medication, including antidepressants, speak to your GP or pharmacist before use. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
